Welp I thought maybe I was a bit manic but after trying to sleep for 3½ hours I'm now positive I am manic yet again.

Why can't I be manic during the day when I could use this energy and creativity?

Heather/Sanura🦩 : Please don't think me rude, but what exactly do you mean when you say you are Manic? I live with someone with mental health issues and would just like to understand and be able to differentiate what I see in him and what he's been diagnosed with.

Inc : not rude at all. I never mind questions. for me mania tends to make me almost vibrate with energy, I start talking a lot and loudly. sometimes I have a stronger sexual drive. I also don't make the best decisions so I Stat away from making any big decisions and shopping. I would totally shop so much. it can vary by person too.

last night I was super wired, horny but I had am upset stomach so couldn't act on it. I want to be creative with paint and canvas but I had neither. so I was pretty frustrated
