rice cooked with beans and spices, and a tomato and ginger puree, with a hard boiled egg

that wins for 'most useful recipe' I've picked up abroad, since it costs pennies but tastes delicious

but for most delicious... I don't think I've been anywhere that can touch vietnam

bun bo hue in particular was a religious experience

out of curiosity I looked up waakye recipes and maaan those spices sound amazing

there. I don't take photos of food often but I took this, it was legit maybe the best single meal I've ever eaten
