i send people with 2 or lower prudence in and they always get good or better results but it keeps escaping anyways and i can't check what its third condition is because it breaches containment before i can get the last PE boxes i need!!!

Scarecrow is really good at raising Prudence itself since it’s got great Insight rates, but its other work types are decent too.
