I am missing 3 bugs, 4 fish, and 1 deep-sea creature and they are all available in summer

I feel this, I think most of the critters I need to get are all the rare/difficult to catch ones. I time traveled to a couple months back for some pier fish (going back to September isn't TOO bad at least) and hhhhh still don't have them.
