I keep getting notifications to my "sign up for random stuff" GMail account from Yahoo in Spanish for some reason

It's the typical "you've forgotten your password, see how to reset it here" notifications except I can't figure out why I am getting them

And the IP address info is for someone in Puerto Rico

The only thing I can think of is this woman entered my email as her secondary/backup email except I can't remember ever getting a verification request so I am baffled here

My GMail has not been hacked, all of the login history is me
