Apparently my already low tolerance for sleep deprivation is just nonexistent now

I got home late from the first writing group meeting I'd had in a while and went to sleep about an hour later than I usually do

and I'm so out of it I had to back out of my weekly ttrpg meeting, because I know I won't be able to focus enough to play at 7 pm

when it'll be pitch dark out
