today i (mostly) finished the ground floor of my house!

i think it turned out cute! making at least the ground floor presentable was a pre-ew goal and today i guess i was finally in the mood to mess around with it for a few hours lmao

i lost the bucket list i had of shit i was thinking about trying to get done before ew but some things that were definitely on there:
- make this ground floor house build presentable after i started working on it back in january
- clear an ult,,,
- finish the last bit of eureka lvling we had left over from sb and clear the hydatos story
- clear ba

- finishing some relics while technically current
- tt card mount
- clear out the verminion and chocobo racing challenges during mir
- revenge on e8s finally
- a little bit of blu raiding... not much after getting all skills and finishing the carnivale admittedly, but dipping into random blu log parties and the occasional ex pf has been fun!

that's a lot of stuff!

things i haven't done yet:
- drs, mostly because i've been focusing on ult prog - but i think my static is no longer raiding on weekends so there's still time to peek in
- flare star cheesing the bozja duels - technically not going anywhere, i have no money for more lost excellences & am not super keen on any of the titles anyway

- remainder of bozja note grind - meh; also who knows, shout chat might get a lot more chill after the content dies like eureka did
- learn how 2 ocean fish - but i'll need to lvl fsh to 90 eventually and it's also not going anywhere
- c... clearing a.... second ult..... (i think we should have it in the bag with the extra 2 weeks tho)

- finishing a eureka relic as far as the last glam step, but it just needs a few more fate trains i'm not bothered about it

oh forgot about one of the list items i did manage: finishing a fuckin zeta weapon finally it had been haunting me since 2016

(i would say never again but honestly the only really horrible steps these days are books and those fuckin expensive single use crafts + gil sinks..... even the gil sinks aren't bad in theory ngl im just really broke from my mortgage to the bank of france)

knocking out potd 50 and hoh 30 on eu as well so that one day i can try soloing them on the only character i ever log onto any more

so even if we don't get uwu down before ew i think i did good tbh

today i continued the madness and redid the inside of the fc cottage finally!

it was hard to mimic the wild colour use from those screencaps in terminally washed-out ffxiv and also to fit everything inside the tiny space of a small size house ground floor, but i like how it turned out!

it wouldn't be my usual aesthetic if i was decorating a house from scratch but it's a good aesthetic
