looks like the chain snapped off the handle

At least that's an easy fix in the grand scheme of toilet repair but noooooo nonflushing toilets are the worst

Management has looked at it and will be sending a plumber today

Yeah it’s annoying but should be easy to fix

I’ve done it myself a couple times when I knew the landlord wouldn’t do it fast enough

oh that's super easy, you can do that yourself if you need to

problem is fixed plumber replaced the handle
