[Windows] So... my laptop wants to update to Windows 11... has anyone done this yet? Is it gonna break everything if I do it?

I have gotten the update notice, but I haven't updated yet because I am playing the waiting game. I want to see what others say and I want to give them several months to work the bugs out

same here. The new job throws enough tech issues at me every day. I don't want it on my personal laptop as well

it shouldn't mess up anything, and initial reviews were fairly decent before it officially came out, but there didn't seem to be that much difference between 10 and 11 other than visually. I don't know if that's changed but it didn't seem really worth it to update.

And those updates take forever... If it's not worth it, I think I'll stick with what I know until they force it on me.

Yeah from what I saw before it came out, it was mostly graphical differences

If I try it and dislike it, reverting back to Win10 would be such a pain haha
