God, I feel this plurk so much. I fluctuate between "basically okay" (thought I am never 100% spot-free tbh) and "having shit everywhere"

But in all honesty I wouldn't ever consider accutane since I don't really want terribly dry skin either

i did 2 rounds of accutane when i was in my teens and it unironically saved my life

it depends on how bad your acne is, but your skin gets rly dry during but then it evens out and the acne never comes back with the same intensity
