a fraud email scared the fuck out of me

i received an email saying i was being taken off the emergency broadband program + being charged over 100 dollars for my last bill for xfinity, but i called them and it was a fraud email? but it really looked like it was from them

i thought i was like nearly 200 bucks in hte hole

And I checked the account bll and it's all still on there, I should have checked that before freaking out

What's weird is it didn't have any "email us back" or whatever so i'm not sure what the point was?
