And people have been shitty to customer service workers, sadly; especially when staff shortages mean longer wait times for food

Love seeing management stand with staff. I have seen so many business owners pull the “no one wants to work” thing and it made me not want to go back there. Plus, it likely means they pat poorly, are at high risk, and getting very little respect.
