OK, everybody is prepping up for the yearly TeamBuilding . . . .

Teambuilding this time is cleaning up (copped wood, mowed grass, cleard off shruns etc) a nature reserve/park. A wet-land reserve.

And it's been stormy raining all night and all morning. With a torrential downpour even while we were driving there.

But it stops more or less once we are there. So it's no longer actually raining while we plod trough the mud doing the nature-work.

Now there is a BBQ .

I like BBQ but not with 100 people milling about and socializing.

All good people, colleagues. But I don't fit in crowds

Nope they aren't scared, they also are used to it. Just me and crowds . Strange thing, I don't mind interacting with people if it's in a work environment, But don't ask me to just hang around, or come along .
