It's one of my favorite run categories

someone once ran low% and, during the waiting segments, ran every other category

hah, that's awesome

still not the most stupidly long and tedious game to speedrun though

that goes to Baten Kaitos 100%

which takes over two weeks

i was just about to bring up baten kaitos 100%

or shadow the hedgehog all routes

the record right now is a week of straight gameplay (segmented) b/c you have to play through every possible permutation of routes

at the end of the video I linked, they talk about how it would be possible to get the item count one lower and thus set a new record for TP even if you spent weeks doing it, but it requires such perfect precision and timing that no one has been able to do it without computer assistance. But it is theoretically possible

in low%, a 13 minute run that gets 9 items will lose to a 450 hour run that gets 8 items
