since it's fall-ish and was actually in the 70s over the weekend, I did some planting. and then... I was too sore to really sleep well

my neck is especially bad, I assume because, you know, planting means constant looking at the ground

not the first time I've had this issue, but I don't really think there's a more ergonomic fix. I need to look at what I'm doing and I can't move farther away to look at a less acute angle because I'm limited by the length of my arms

I guess my one consolation is that as much as almost my entire body hurts today, planting is clearly great exercise
