I would like to stop experiencing paranoia literally every time I try to go to bed now

went to bed at 1 last night, fell asleep around 5am.

woke up at 11.

real sick of mental illness

currently drowning my sorrows by making potato leek soup from scratch.

gonna eat it with some of the fancy panera oat bread and butter :9
