every recipe I was finding was all 'spread it out in a single layer on a cookie sheet!' and like, no, no no no, in a sided baking pan with foil over the top, uncover for the last 5 minutes or so
I'm hoping it is! Rainbow taters and some of them were squidgy because I left 'em sit too long, but only some! I could yank those out while I was chopping (with wild abandon)
