the invader has arrived - rather surprisingly just the one. He only had a people-carrier style vehicle rather than a big van with branded labelling. But he was voluntarily wearing a mask.

the invader has gone but the front door remains open for a while. He didn't even bring the kit to get up top and check the panels themselves but confirmed my own diagnosis that the inverter had blown.

had the UV light on in the corridor for a while now after closing the front door. The next stage is to turn up the heating to increase the decay rate of any virus in the house.
