the good news is I'm so... close to the "good to very good" cardio fitness score from "average to good" and I'm just staring at it every day like AM I POWERFUL YET

: thank you! gym's been tricky so I switched to at least running. I've been doing c25k but I skipped to week 3 lol. I'm not actually training for anything so I'm gonna just stick to the same breakdown until it gets too easy

: lmao i feel you. I'm not running that far.... I think about 2-3 miles overall usually. I always walked about that far, but now I'm just adding in off and on jogging so it's about the same route/distance, just. faster leggies lol
i could try to find time to do it during the day, but I'm working more regularly out of the office again and I really like having my workspace and bigger desk but I'm no longer next to my gym for a quick lunch break workout
