When we met you were "the person who makes one of my closest friends happy" and on that level you meant a lot to me but we've gotten to know each other a lot better since then and I'm thankful for it. I can see why you make her happy, you're a kind person with a unique sense of humor who tries to look out for -

I am literally convinced you have survived things nobody else could or would be willing to, and despite all those things you just keep trucking on and that's admirable. I don't always know what to say when things are happening but I want to try my hardest to be a good friend to you, because you deserve good friends.

I told you this already but you showed up in our lives when me and my best friend were having a hard time and made a significant difference in them. and i think that's just how you are for people. you try to change things for the better for people and at least from my experience, you generally succeed.
