I'm mostly good at getting rid of crap I don't need, but there are SOME things I have a hard time letting go of and I have no clue what to do with it. Like, mostly academic achievement crap. I have the cords from English honor society graduation outfit and I'm like... wtf do I need these for? But I also am like... aw man, but like, I want to hold onto this

Definitely keep things like those. They take up so little space anyway.

The purge before a move is intense. We had 28 years of accumulation to donate, toss, give away, etc. This takes a while to do, so plan for the time.
