At work we work in sprints. Each sprint is 3 weeks long and we get a certain amount of stuff to do each sprint. And we have to keep full steam ahead to make our deadline jan 1st

We are 1 week into this sprint and 40% of what we have to do this sprint is still not fully defined and figured out what they actually want
