[Zero Escape] DOES ANYONE RECOGNIZE THIS IMAGE OF DIO???

I was looking here. And they have a rule where they only use official sources of art. You can see on Clover's page that they use some official promotional art (the cursed swimsuit game).

but I've never seen this image of Dio before, even on the wiki gallery. "chibi dio vlr" isn't getting any results either. So I'm just extremely baffled. He looks like a freaking funko pop.
