What type of potatoes? I love the type called yukon golds for general purpose, but a red waxy skin is nice for roasting with garlic, parsley, and butter.

Though few things get fluffier than a russet...

I just got a small garden so I don't plant many. My brother has a bigger one and I plant all hist 'left-over' stuff. I had two plants with reds, Got 7pound of those out. The others were Charlots and Firsts.

All counted was about 50 pounds. With an average size somewhat under 2 inches. With the wet summer we had here my brother had lots of (partial) rotting potatoes. Mine are all good
potato boyo
that's a lotta pounds. do you use them all? can you store them somehow?
sjonsvenson
I store them in the basement. My brother has a bigger garden, more potatoes but no basements so he stores his potatoes in my basements as well. So we mix.
