If I had to pick just one... God it'd be hard for me to choose between chaliapin steak don or sumire karaage roll

would probably lean towards the chaliapin steak don though. I love spicy fried chicken and I am an absolute garlic fiend, but the combination of sweet, savory, and tangy sour with caramelized onion would probably appeal to me more

... huh. I'm looking over my tastes and I'm noticing something. Not a super huge fan of just plain "sweet" but I love spicy, sour, tangy, and savory flavours. I'm also not a huge fan of super heavy creamy flavours, tangy and refreshing is more appealing to me
