nagreply pero di ko gusto. bale may technical support sila daw, pero hanggang ngayon wala pang update, ang excuse nila yung pandemic. pero patient naman ako, sabi ko na lang irerecord ko yung convo namin kasi baka tirahin nila ako sa 7 day return policy, eh di sila nagpprovide ng ways kung isosoli ko nga to for replacement.

update: a week later the technical staff finally got back to me. weirdly when i plugged it in, the damn things works without a hitch
