one time i ordered food from petsmart, and doordash brought it to me the next day. i placed the order from my bed on my phone. it was highly convenient.
i have a subscription set up for dog food and i'm pretty sure i don't pay shipping. also chewy has amazing customer service and more people should shop with good, wholesome companies.
Oh as for food, I still have to go to a Pet Store near me to grab food. I don't mind though. I bring my cat with me in her back pack so she can get used to people.
Chewy is amazing. Wonderful customer service. If something is not correct, they replace it rightaway and just tell you to keep the item or donate to a local shelter if you can't use it yourself. And yes we got flowers the other day too when our kitty passed away.
I’ve used Chewy. I get hay for the bunny every six weeks. They are great. If something doesn’t work they refund your money and ask you to donate the product to a vet or shelter
I use chewy too, for both litter and cat food. Our cat has a special diet, so that too, and they deal with the prescription stuff. Delivery is weirdly fast, but on a couple of occasions it's been super late, which I'm sure it was just some screwup somewhere. They gave me free food in exchange for inconvenience.
Chewy is really responsive as well, when my cats meds where first started the vet did not reply quickly, and they followed up and expressed mailed them. You get free shipping for orders over $50
not having a car and not being able to walk much has left me largely dependent on delivery service, and I have used amazon for a lot. (and being in Seattle delivery is super fast)
Chewy has been amazing. We need prescription food for Kneesa and they contact the vet and get the approval. I don't have to worry about it. and it ships fast most of the time next day.
I am looking into my options.
