Fan-freaking-tastic. My manager apparently quit.

I already hated this place and part of it was because my manager but

now we're even more short staffed

and I just want to abandon ship completely

So let's recap on what we have left for staff here:
2 front desk (one acting as a night audit) which leaves only me
0 manager
0 Night audits (besides the one acting as one)
2 house keepers

maybe 4 if you could this spanish lady and her husband that came recently?

which means now one of the owners has been stepping in to help but even so

that means 3 of us have to figure out how to work the shifts needed without running out of steam

I know there's a part of me that says I need to stick in there and do what I can, but I just.... dont want to anymore

I feel bad for the owner because she's a sweetheart but hate the fact that her husband (the main owner) doesnt give a shit about the safety of the people here (guest or employee)

the co-worker thats still around is...... okay...... I guess..... He does stuff around the place at least but he's sketchy AF

this is only going to add more stress than I already have and I just dont want to be apart of this anymore

but this conflicts with my "do your best at work" ethic that I have... "Don't be stupid about jobs" ethic
