Just a friendly PSA from your friendly nighttime janitor.

if you're going to a big event with friends and you notice one of them is feeling sick and the bathroom stalls are occupied, please kindly direct them to the trash can. Not the sink.

and then kindly tell the staff so that the bag can be changed right away. Quick and easy. No mess.

Because any messes made at the end of the day are left there, untouched for the night time cleanup crew. Because the day time cleanup crew have had a long day and are tired. But this also means the mess will be worse by the time I get to it.

(this is more venting than anything else but srsly... I may get PPE but that doesn't mean I have to clean up some absolutely terrible messes)

at least you don't have to wear a maid uniform, right?
