And to be fair...after what 4kids did and what Oda in reponse to what they did I don't think anyone is going to let people that don't get it to some extent touch One piece
So backstory Oda worked out the bulk of One piece fairly early on, the Wano arc was meant to happen much sooner ect, character motivations and what not for the main ones have stayed the same
Because of everything that 4kids took out during the e beginning of the gran line arc with vivi being a whaler and laboon, Oda made a change to that script to put laboon into Brooks backstory and requested that the contact be revoked
Unless 4kids unedited that part of the story. And to put into the contracts that any future changes to one piece story internationally had to approved by either him or his editor I believe?
