to order the membership cards despite the annoying newbie suddenly (and far too late to be sensible!) declaring that they want to redesign both the website and logo (without prior consultation with anyone else and on the basis of knowing nothing about either).

had to send out several emails reminding non-payers to pay, 1 confirmation of payment email (for a previously invisible payment) to the people who claim the money back from work but also 1 email to someone who has overpaid telling them that they don't need to pay this week.

doing all this stuff online is a nightmare because I'm then the one having to co-ordinate it all instead of the work being properly delegated to people on the ground (and to the treasurer who can actually see the payments when he can be bothered to look).
