Like ADHD is a legitimate problem and I think people forget because they like to slang it

"Oh I have attention problems I have ADHD!" offhand when they don't realy have it

like people saying "i'm so ocd"

this should not be a slang term it's a legitimate problem

this has legit ruined relationships for me before... for a while i was on meds that made my memory issues even worse. that was a nightmare

oh god. which meds

i tried the "non stimulant" adhd meds and all they did was make me so dizzy i couldn't stay out of bed, that sure worked for my attention

welbutrin. i do NOT recommend it; no matter how productive and content it made me feel, EVERYONE EVER says it fucked with their memory too much to make it worth it. i can be Okay without it but memory loss is super terrifying

it legit turned my life upside-down. maybe one of my biggest life regrets honestly
