Apparently made the list of employees across the program with top marks for last month, and was selected to be the person in my role to speak to a team of nurses getting trained for a new role / program

Leadership picked one person from each role (CSR, IS, and CM) to do it, and I got the IS slot

There's only 14 people in my role in this program, so that last one's not as nice as the first thing, but. Considering there's two other agents I hold in extremely high esteem for this same role, it's still nice.
