Hello, I'm OPENING COMMISSIONS on Monday 6 September, 8.30am AEST. + BONUS: Trialling something new for this commission round.

First order of business:
💩 Please ensure you read my commissions page as some details have changed.
💩 I'm going to see how I feel about requests, but I think there is a good chance I will open them again.
💩 As always, the opening time may change depending on my offline schedule. I will let you know in this Plurk.

Second—and maybe the most important order of business: I will be trialling an early bird system for people who haven't been able to commission me in the last three months for whatever reason. (Acceptable reasons: Animals on keyboards.)

There's a lot of words in there to ensure that I've covered every possible question. tl;dr, the Early Bird is a trial offer that allows people an opportunity to slot in their order before I open. This is a rnged system where you submit your Plurk name, I assign everyone a number (first come, first serve), and rng picks people to receive an early mark, whoo.

Details that are important for this round regarding Early Bird:
💩 This is a trial, so if I don't like it or I get no names, I won't be doing it again in October and I'll continue my commissions as a ffa.
💩 Entering is open from Friday 27 August (now) to Tuesday 31 August. Tuesday is Survivor night, so let's say it'll close around 9pm AEST.

💩 Once rnged, I will probably ping you in this Plurk to let you know you can pop your commission order in before 6 September. (I may elect to pm you instead.) Ensure your notifications are on. I will only contact you once.

💩 Selected Early Birds will have Wednesday 1 September until Monday 6 September 8am to slot their commission order onto my page. Once I open up my commissions, Early Bird is no longer eligible and my commissions will be open to everyone and their animals.

💩 Commissions still commence on Monday 6 September. This is not a "I'll get to your icons earlier" schtick. This is a "You can sit on my doorstep for a few nights and I'll let you in the following week." This example turned dark.

💩 I will be pulling two names out of the rng tophat.
💩 Most importantly, please be patient. This is new. There's likely going to be kinks.

People who have commissioned me in June/July/August will not be eligible to enter this, but are welcome to still commission me when I open if that's their Vegemite. Thanks!

one question I have: did you mean to say we can split commissions between minimum 3 or maximum 3 characters? It says minimum three, but then details "If you are going to split your request with up to three characters" which sounds like maximum 3. It might just be my brain tying itself into a knot, but I figured I'd ask just in case

I had a question... if I wanted to request a plurk icon, does it have to be the same face as the comission?

𝑩𝒆𝒕𝒉-𝒍𝒆𝒉𝒆𝒎🎄 : Yep! I won't be accepting any commissions that have less than 15 caps per character and any additional caps set aside for the Plurk icon. The Plurk icon must come from a cap within the icon commission.

A friendly reminder that I will be opening tomorrow! I currently have 4 commission slots available. I won't be opening up requests as I have come out of a very busy and difficult month and wish to make things a little easier on myself stress-wise wherever I can.

Please note that I won't be updating my page with this, but turnaround times may be longer due to said stress mentioned above and the fact I'm 2+ months into lockdown. I will manage expectations with those who commission me on a 1:1 basis.

For anyone who may be planning on when they may wish to commission me, I may also be taking a break from commissions next month as well, but I will confirm closer to October once I check in with myself. I will definitely be taking November off for personal reasons.
