I guess if she dies then the quest truly fails. I wonder if the other quest is any easier, it sounds like stopping/reducing the distribution of a certain drug to 3% for 90 days.

looks like the other quest is gonna need some big political maneuvering if they're gonna stop a certain drug from going into circulation. at least the time limit is quite feasible for it to be pulled off. i didn't notice the usual hayamin voice when she spoke in english. wow. xD
