WELL our fridge is fucked and will probably need to be replaced

it is older than I am so it's not a surprise it's just a tragedy that it's happened NOW as we have No Money

gonna have to be looking on Craigslist or whatever for a new one

ok sears outlet has one the same size for $650, they'll haul the old one away for another $30

cmon what the hell universe

the freezer appears to no longer be functioning so we're getting another one i guess

alright just got home from sears outlet (american freight) and our new fridge is coming tomorrow

it is virtually the same as the old fridge

tonight i have to clean it out so it can be taken away tomorrow by the delivery guys

some of these fridge magnets haven't moved since i was a young'n and now they are all coming down

if i'm honest with myself it hasn't worked WELL since i was maybe 20. just everything went bad SO quickly

i'm gonna be pleased to get something new that works tbh.

moving old fridge magnets is weirdly satisfying tbh

yeah there's a li'l box of 'em on the kitchen table now waiting to get washed and put on the new fridge

the old fridge is MOSTLY cleaned out now there's just a handful of things we're gonna move over to the new fridge (mostly condiments ngl) i threw away 5 garbage bags full of stuff.

like SO much frozen meat and a ton of veg from the crispers

the fridge doors have enough space for a gallon of milk and 2 2-liters of soda now so that rules imho

it is going to be exciting to put Only New Fresh Stuff inside the new fridge tho

and i like that all the bins are transparent, in the old fridge they were black with gold lettering on them that said like "crisper" or "meat and cheese" or w/e, which like, if you made them clear, i could just SEE what's in them

without having to guess how old the sausages contained within them are

yeah it's basically the exact same as our old fridge so nothing to REALLY be excited about, but..... it'll work and it's clean and new

woke up at 7am for no reason other than anxiety. would really like to go back to sleep until 9 please
