I guess I should start with the canon stuff

Cassandra has..... we’ll, her right hand is basically one big burn scar

It’s healed and doesn’t look too gnarly but it’s... not great. Other than that I headcanon her having a few knicks and scars from her adventures

In ryslig, cass has a scar around her right wrist from where the poachers sawed her hand off, and another on her chest over her heart where they cut that out too
