I rarely let customers get to me but today I just. This lady was telling me I was being rude and unprofessional and yelling at me over a mistake that I did apologize for and then she complained to my manager about me.

after she went to the other register to be rung up, there was kind of a line so she’s yelling for me to ring her up and I just straight up walked away

I’m not gonna stand here and take that kind of shit.

I did cry in the bathroom because it was like. Embarrassing that half of the store heard her complaining about me. lol

but even he was trying to talk her down and tell her it was a mistake, nothing was meant by it! But she kept going off.

I’m normally. Normally I just can let it roll off me or let it go but I think that with everything else... yeah.
