two slices of brioche toast (leavened bread with eggs!) that has goat cheese with herbs spread on it (cheese with herbs! for breakfast!)

I do my whole day's work while sitting down (on a cushion!)

between one housemate wandering around watching The Hot Wings Show on his cell phone, and the other one listening to a lecture in his empty bedroom (so it echoes) I can't focus on either my work or my podcast that helps me focus on my work

just the wandering around is distracting enough, I hate having people walking behind me when I'm trying to do things

Even worse with the loud show I don't particularly like

and cousin's lecture sounds like it's being given by the Noovie lady, whose voice is horribly grating, and I hate it

and while I could turn my podcast up louder, if I do that it will be too loud for me to parse what's being said, also definitely too loud for me to focus on work

One of my favorite arguments, and one that I should do better at following myself is that vegetarian, vegan, omnivorous doesn't matter, what matters is seasonal and locally sourced
