Getting house ready to Close: The guest toilet does not flush fast. My hubby starts troubleshooting it. Breaks the back of the toilet while fiddling (part of the ceramic off). Had to go buy new toilet. Now he is in there PUTTING IN THE NEW TOILET HIMSELF... HELP ME
