It's a constant learning process, every day. You'll get better at it, you'll read nutrition labels like a speed-reader, you'll learn what deli meat counters sell the low sodium sliced turkey, etc. Just keep being nosy about your food.

We've found NO sodium corn tortillas at the local grocery stores! Even some pre-bent crisp taco shells are no sodium. Now, if you found FLOUR low-sodium tortillas, I would like you to tell me more!
