Okay, apparently insta uses 4:5 and 5:4 which noen of my editing programs have a standard.

It doesn't show a zoom in/out thing, but you should be able to pinch and resize on the screen, but if it makes you feel better I know Marketing and Social Media folks who hate working with Instagram because it really is just kind of a pain in the ass platform
