migration 是移民(同時表示包括移出和移入居民）
比如移民到美國，對台灣人來說是emigration (emigrant)，對美國人來說是immigration (immigrant)。 對台灣人和美國人，都是migration (migrant)。 ... 移出移民和移入移民都是移民形式的一種。

As nouns the difference between discussion and negotiation is that discussion is conversation or debate concerning a particular topic while negotiation is the process of achieving agreement through discussion.

像是多人在會議當中討論主題的細節，這部份用discussion

confer : 正式用词，强调对观点或意见的交换。
