I’m still thinking about whether I should get a second bedroom. I could put bookshelves in one or more of my small storage lockers (they’re only $10/month). I’m thinking about how to store/display my media (vinyl, DVDs, Blu-rays, comics). Ceramic heirlooms, jigsaw puzzles, food and hygiene stockpiles.

The CubeIt storage pod costs $270/month, about the same as a second bedroom. If I don’t have to pay out of pocket for my meds, I could save up to travel in about 10 years. If I survive travelling for a few years, I could settle down again, and foster some animals.

If I get another room, I could have a dedicated bedroom with an electric bed. A big aquarium (about 50 gallons). Hydroponics. I still have to find a place for my sewing machine and Mom’s tea cart.

I’ve been telling myself that I have the right number of tables and chairs, but the wrong number of rooms. Now I think I might be able to make this work without moving.

A dedicated freezer would be nice.
