[job things] so.

I checked my email yesterday and got no feedback on the bank job, so i was going to kind of just surrender to having to start looking again

but

I just got a call from a recruiter with the company, and, while the initial job I applied for was given to someone else

she was just about to open a completely new job - same place, just lower hours - and wanted to know if I would be interested in that potentially instead

since apparently I was a top candidate from the people who interviewed me

the only problem here is that the truck I use is eating some minor shit because of fuel pump issues (on the way back from that interview, I actually briefly thought I might get stranded and That would be a problem, but it managed to get me back, barely)

so I'll have to wait until my grandmother comes back with the van to go get fingerprinted and whatnot

but yeah, she's going to send me a more Official (tm) email about taking the job that should show up on Monday/Tuesday, so we'll go from there
