Going to be changing Merton’s Daemon to male. And I’m tentatively going with either the name Romero or Van Sant. They’re both filmmakers/directors and I feel like Romero is the more obvious choice but Van Sant would be more personal, I guess.
I’m also thinking he’ll be something of an anomaly, having way less dust on him then he should for someone his age. Since he died and was technically brought back to life.
Which will probably get him kidnapped. It'll be just enough weirdness going on with him to be interesting and getting kidnapped is just part of his life at this point.
Kinda wish I could get him to be more gender non-conforming because I will take any excuse to shove a character in a flapper dress because I love those. And there are some really cute gothy flapper dresses out there.
But he’s not public about wearing makeup or more effeminate clothing. Outside of arguably one episode, the show is very subtle/tongue in check about that, with blink and you’ll miss it jokes/references to it, and I don’t think it would be easy to convince him to do that here where it will single him out in a more dangerous way.
If I was still playing Jack he would do it. He’d do it for no other reason than he knows he’ll look good, it would grab attention AND it would piss people off. That’s three of his favorite things in life right there!

Yes! I would be down for that. He probably already does eyebrow grooming to the best of his current ability, he's pretty fastidious. But some make up and fashion counseling/bullying could be fun
He’ll be friendly/playful with some of the other daemons, but he’s going to steer clear of any people and be very stringently ‘don’t touch me’. Might nip at some people if they try, even if Merton likes them, or cry out like he’s been kicked at the slightest accidental touch.
He’s going to stick very close to Merton when he’s not interacting with other Daemons. Either press up against his heel, or crawling up on to his shoulders.
But if we had a Tommy he’d be all up on him and his daemon. Embarrassing Merton to no end, because he has definitely read those books and would know exactly how that looks. And that difference would be so much fun to play out.
They actually brought it back on youtube recently! I was ecstatic. I keep debating asking if anyone would like to watch a Big Wolf stream. But, like, it's super campy and low budget. Plus just finding the time and enthusiasm to actually do it is hard.
I have to be in a particular mood for campy and low budget, but the gifsets I've seen (plus bouncing off of your version) has made me want to see Merton in his natural habitat
Me: There's ain't no fuckin' way Merton would wear effeminates cloths to this thing. Also me: Looks at flapper dresses anyway because their pretty and it's all Pinterest wants to give me.
