what's the point of delivery tracking if you don't even update the delivery date after it fails to show up

and MORE TO THE POINT

what's the point of paying out the wazoo for 2-Day Shipping if it takes longer than two days!!!

normally I'm meh whatever if a shipment is late but not once I've paid extra dollar dollar to guarantee a delivery date

and then it fails to meet that delivery date

and then also doesn't update their tracking

this was an expensive-ass harddrive and I'm rapidly running out of computer space
