I guess my hot take for FGO is the game is what you make of it. It is a gacha, therefore bad BUT as far as gameplay with the units you're able to acquire, it is absolutely playable without paying a single cent.

this is more of what I saw early on, but if people didn't get their waifu, they'd just quit, and good for them tbh, but don't mistake not getting your fav as the game being bad gameplay wise if that makes sense?

she's not underrated anymore and she's clearly a staff fav, but in terms of game meta, I remember everyone being confused by Okki. but I feel like at the beginning I saw her potential to be very good and now she is super good and one of my favs.

Jalter as a character is just fine, she's cute and has a decent part in Shinjuku. gameplay wise I feel like she has suffered some power creep... still a decent single target avenger and her beach version won the Kingprotea fights for me (after many tries)

now nobunaga and co.... my issue mostly stems from the Guda events just mostly falling flat for me in terms of comedy or the drama that emerges
