what is your experience with paypal support? support

I hate the way they run things

They are quick to block money/account

Mine experience was 10+ years ago so it was bad, maybe they got better?

its absolute fucking garbage

haven't had to use it in a while though but when we tried to close my dad's account after he died they would not let us because we didn't have the password. my mom had to shut down the bank account it was associated with because he was paying for multiple monthly subscriptions and they would not help us at all even with proof of death

also they shut off my paypal account because i over drew my bank by like.. 5 bucks and i was never able to get ahold of anyone to fix it so i just had to make a new one instead.

I had an issue this month, and the customer service by chat was aweful. Fortunately I was able to speak to someone by phone (yesterday) and the problem was solved in 1 minute....! To think it took me 14 emails and sending all kinds of docs with no response. SO yeah, not that great overall.
