listen the few people I knew growing up who were good with kids were because they were forced into babysitting their younger siblings. They don't want to do that for your kids.

I used to do something like this. My neighbor, who ran a daycare out of her house, hired me specifically to watch her own daughter, who was an adult with severe developmental delays and seizures. (I was 12, btw). Eventually, I was watching Carrie, helping with the daycare, and doing her bookkeeping.
